MARK LEITZ

RICK SEEDMAN

Mark holds a Master's degree in physical education. His fitness background is in gymnastics, weight lifting and wrestling to name a few. He is also a professional musician who specializes in percussion.

   

Rick is a trainer, athlete, and artist whom has worked with people of all ages and conditions in a variety of movement disciplines, as well as rehabilitation. He is also a videographer and editor.

We run classes 3 days a week at Tompkins Square Park in NYC's East Village!

The MR Calisthenics Class teaches bodyweight training in a motivating, inspiring, and healthy group environment. Our classes focus on building a solid foundation in the basics through fun and demanding routines as well as progressions towards advanced movements and techniques. All content is designed for everyone to be able to do on their own. The group setting adds further challenges to the workout while offering encouragement and camaraderie between everyone involved. CLICK HERE for more info!
